Paddy harvesting time has come. Many farmers are busy with their paddy field to pay the paddy harvester machine person to harvest the crop before it`s raining . It`s hard during raining as the mud become too soft for the harvester machine to harvest the paddy . After the paddy has been harvested by the machine , it will be sent to the nearest factory to undergo some processes to produce rice . Rice is the seed of a monocot plant Oryza sativa. As a cereal grain, it is the most important staple food for a large part of the world's human population, especially in East, South, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Latin America, and the West Indies. It is the grain with the second highest worldwide production, after maize ("corn")
